Verdes, Altitude, San Pedro lead Football Federation Top League

By Rubén Morales Iglesias: Verdes, Altitude, and the San Pedro Pirates started off the FFB Top League Closing Championship the way they expected, with a win.

And as expected as well and though all have three points from their respective victories, Verdes are in first place, Altitude in second, and San Pedro in third.

That’s because of the goal differential. Verdes wiped out Wagiya 5-0, Altitude blanked Garden City 2-0, and the Pirates edged Caesar Ridge 1-0.

In the other half, the picture is an up-side-down reflection. Since all three lost and are without a point, the goal differential placed Cesar Ridge in the fourth spot, Garden City in fifth, and Wagiya in sixth.
