Tropic Air Belize now flying nonstop to El Salvador

By Rubén Morales Iglesias: Tropic Air Belize is now flying nonstop to El Salvador, said the Belize Tourism Board (BTB) in a social media post.

Tropic Air Belize’s new nonstop service between San Salvador, El Salvador and Belize was opened during “an inaugural ceremony at the Philip Goldson International Airport with remarks provided by Hon. Anthony Mahler, Minister of Tourism and Diaspora Relations and Mr. Ravie Nunez, the Director of Operations for Tropic Air”.

The Belize Tourism Board said Andre Perez, Minister of Blue Economy and Civil Aviation; Nicole Solano, CEO of the Ministry of Tourism and Diaspora Relations; Graciela Marina Perez Seledón, Ambassador of El Salvador to Belize; Anthony Hunt, Chairman of the Aviation Development Committee, and other dignitaries were present at the opening ceremony.

Tropic Air Belize will initially be flying between Belize and San Salvador on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays starting today, February 11.

“In celebration of this new service, a special introductory fare of US$99 each way plus taxes is now available through February 28th, 2022,” said BTB.
