Yarborough Road in Belize City to become one-way street

By Rubén Morales Iglesias: Yarborough Road in Belize City will become a one-way street on Monday, March 21, 2022.

Yarborough Road, the street next to the Yarborough Cemetery and Wesley College, will flow one way from its junction with Cemetery Lane to its intersection with Albert Street West.

The Belize City Council said that to aid motorists with the transition, it will do a one-month trial from Monday, February 21, to Sunday, March 20, 2021.

Additionally, said the Belize City Council, it will deploy traffic officers to the area to assist with the smooth flow of traffic.
