Verdes, Altitude, San Pedro Pirates remain unshakeable atop FFB Top League

By Rubén Morales Iglesias: Verdes, Altitude, San Pedro Pirates remain unshakeable atop FFB Top League’s Closing Championship after two weeks of play.

What’s more, they’ve not allowed a single goal from the bottom three, Wagiya, Caesar Ridge, and Garden City.

Defending champions Verdes are on a roll leading the top three on goal differential having scored nine goals: five against Wagiya and four on Sunday against Garden City.

Altitude are keeping even in second place with four goals to their credit after converting a brace each against Caesar Ridge and Garden City.

San Pedro for their part scored one each against Caesar Ridge and Wagiya and hold the third spot.

In the bottom half, all three don’t have any points as yet with Caesar Ridge at fourth with their 0-3 goal record. Garden City (0-6) and Wagiya (0-6) are fifth and sixth respectively. Wagiya are at the bottom because of having the biggest loss of the tournament from their 5-0 loss to Verdes. Garden City only bagged four against the champs.
