Belize Weather: Temperatures warming up

The National Meteorological Service forecasts sunny skies with a few cloudy spells and partly cloudy skies tonight. Showers will be isolated except in the North during the daytime and the South during the night.

High temperatures today will reach 84 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast; 88 degrees inland and 76 degrees in the hills. Tonight’s low temperatures are 76 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast; 70 degrees inland and 64 degrees in the hills.

Winds are from the east to southeast at ten to 20 knots and sea state is moderate with waves of four to six feet.

Tides will be low at 7:40 this morning and 9:05 this evening and high at 1:34 this afternoon.

Sunset occurs at 5:57 this evening and sunrise on Wednesday will be at a quarter past six in the morning.

In the extended forecast, mainly fair weather continues through Wednesday with only isolated showers developing.
