The National Meteorological Service forecasts showery appearances over the extreme north and south but otherwise fair weather today.
Skies will be sunny with cloudy spells today and cloudy at times tonight. A few showers will affect central and northern areas this morning and southern coastal areas tonight, but will be isolated elsewhere.
High temperatures today are 84 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast; 88 degrees inland and 75 degrees in the hills. Tonight’s low temperatures range from 76 degrees along the coast to 68 degrees inland and 63 degrees in the hills.
Winds are easterly at 10 to 20 knots with sea state moderate and wave heights of four to six feet.
Tides will be low at 9:13 this morning and 11:46 this evening and high at 3:30 this afternoon. The sun will set at 5:57 this evening and rise on Friday morning at 6:14.
The extended forecast for Friday sees showers in coastal areas, moving inland in the afternoon, then becoming isolated in the evening time.
