Decomposing body found in Belize City yesterday identified

By BBN Staff: Police have managed to positively identify the decomposing body found in Belize City yesterday.

Moments ago police announced that the man found with a gunshot wound in an area behind the Port of Belize is 25-year-old Pedro Guzman.

Guzman has no fixed address. He was positively identified by a relative.

Police are investigating the circumstances that led to his demise.
