Two accused rapists – one of a child, the other of an elderly woman, set free as prosecution drops both cases with no reason given

By BBN Staff: Today, two men charged in separate sexual assault cases were set free.

Kishane McDougal who was charged with six counts of unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor, 13; was charged with a single count back in 2015, but in 2016 five additional counts were added. In court, the prosecution informed the Justice that it was abandoning the case against McDougal, entering a nolle prosequi, with no reason as to why. With that, he was clear of the charge and free to leave.

The other accused Fabio Cuellar was, accused of raping a 73-year-old woman back in November 2016.

Similarly, the prosecution entered a nolle prosequi, without reason, and Cuellar was free to go.
