Belize Weather: Mostly fair and fine weekend weather

The National Meteorological Service forecasts sunny skies this morning with a few cloudy spells and clear to partly cloudy skies tonight. Except for a few showers offshore in the south, showers will be isolated.

High temperatures today are 83 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast; 88 degrees inland and 74 degrees in the hills. Tonight, temperatures will reach 72 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast; 64 degrees inland and 58 degrees in the hills.

Winds are northeasterly at five to 15 knots and sea state is choppy with wave heights of three to five feet.

Tides are high as of 7:43 this morning. The next tide will be low at 11:44 this morning, then high at 6:20 this evening. Sunset is at 5:58 this evening and the sun rises on Sunday at 6:13 in the morning.

On Sunday mainly fair weather prevails with only isolated showers in the daytime before a few develop offshore and over the coast at night time.
