By BBN Staff: The victim fatally shot in Ladyville earlier tonight has been identified as Dijon Foreman.
Foreman was shot sometime after 8:00 p.m. in the Japan area of the village and died on the scene.
Authorities are still currently processing the scene.
Foreman is the first of two murders that took place, moments apart tonight.
