Unvaccinated person confirmed dead of COVID-19

by Aaron Humes: There is another death to report from COVID-19 tonight.

The person who died is an unvaccinated female from the Cayo District. While the death was recorded today it actually occurred on February 11.

February has now reported 21 total deaths, with 52 for the year thus far and 73 dating back to December 1.

Overall, 1.15 percent of the infected population or 651 persons have died from COVID-19.
