Belize Weather: Fair weather prevails heading into holiday weekend

Fair weather prevails per the National Meteorological Service.

Skies today will be sunny and tonight partly cloudy with isolated showers only, if any.

High temperatures will be 84 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, 88 degrees inland and 74 degrees in the hills. Tonight’s low temperatures will be 74 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast; 66 degrees inland and 62 degrees in the hills.

Winds are from the east to northeast at five to ten knots. Seas will be slight with waves of one to three feet.

Tides are low as of 5:25 this morning; a high tide occurs at 11:14 this morning, followed by a low tide at 5:34 this evening and a high tide at 11:37 this evening.

The sun will set at exactly six this evening and rise on Saturday morning at eight minutes past six.

The extended outlook for Saturday is similar weather conditions to continue.
