Man arrested for murder of Dijon Foreman

By BBN Staff: Police have arrested a Ladyville man in connection with the shooting death of 27-year-old Dijon Foreman.

Today, police formally arrested and charged 21-year-old Damion Blake for the crime of murder.

Foreman was found with multiple gunshot wounds in Blake’s yard on the night of Wednesday, March 2.

Police say that when they responded to the call of a shooting in the Japan area of Ladyville, they went to Blake’s home where he told them that someone had just shot at him.

They say they searched the area and found Foreman dead in his yard. Continued searches of the area also lead police to find a .40 caliber pistol.
