By Aaron Humes: It was an international connection on Saturday night in London, England, as Leader of the Opposition Moses “Shyne” Barrow and Earlyn Hutchinson, alias Stig Da Artist, appeared as special guests of Afropop sensation Davido (real name David Akeleke).

Barrow and Hutchinson announced Davido before the sold-out audience of 18 thousand with an official proclamation recognizing him as an outstanding global citizen and friend of Belize.

Shyne wrote on social media, “Davido is one of the biggest Musicians in the world thus him doing a song and video with Stig is a dream come true and a game-changer not just for Stig but the entire Belizean Music Industry. It is the hope of the Leader of the Opposition that through his efforts and that of other stakeholders, more and more of our talented Musicians and all creatives, especially the youth, will get the respect, appreciation and support they deserve not just in Belize but around the world.”

He was referring to the recent collaboration titled “Luv Yu Forever,” also featuring DJ Khaled.

Stig added on his own social media page, “Congratulations to my bro Davido on selling out the O2 Arena for the 2nd time. I’m grateful for the invitation and the opportunity of having Belize doing your introduction! I must give respect to Shyne once again for creating new platforms 🇧🇿🇬🇧 Official debut performance coming in the near future.”
