By Aaron Humes, San Pedro Town: This morning, in the San Pedro court, the accused in the manslaughter by negligence case of Senior Superintendent of Police Henry Jemmott, Jasmine Hartin, received disclosed materials relating to the case.
A preliminary inquiry has been set for March 31 to determine whether a sufficient case has been made to proceed to trial.
