Environmental organizations conduct beach cleanup in Dangriga

As part of the activities for Reef Week, environmental organizations got together to clean the beach in Dangriga.

OCEANA, BTIA Dangriga Youth Arm and DYFA closed off Reef Week 2022 activities with the beach cleanup in the culture capital on Saturday morning. The volunteers collected quite a bit of garbage which could potentially end up affecting the Belize Barrier Reef.
