18 new cases of COVID-19 countrywide as numbers further reduced

By Aaron Humes: The Ministry of Health and Wellness reports 18 new cases of COVID-19 countrywide, up one from yesterday.

27 persons were reported recovered, reducing the number of active cases by nine to 333, with a further 111 samples under investigation.

No new deaths were reported and hospitalizations were halved.

Overall Belize has had 57,131 confirmed cases of which 98.2 percent have recovered and 652 died.
