Active COVID-19 case list hovers above 300 entering weekend

By Aaron Humes: A dozen new cases of COVID-19 were reported today.

With 31 persons also recovered, there are 311 active cases of the disease countrywide with a further 62 samples under investigation.

Belize has now reported a total of 57,143 confirmed cases of which the vast majority have recovered.

However, another person is hospitalized and two deaths from the disease were announced.
