FFB challenge San Ignacio/Santa Elena Town Council to open Falcon Synthetic Stadium in San Ignacio

By Rubén Morales Iglesias: The Football Federation of Belize (FFB) Team will challenge the San Ignacio/Santa Elena (SISE) Town Council Team on Friday, March 18, to open the Falcon Field Synthetic Stadium in San Ignacio.

The inaugural match will be played at 6:30 pm.

The FFB paired with the SISE Town Council to build a five-a-side futsal stadium in San Ignacio right in front of the SISE Town Council offices.

The stadium is now ready and FFB President Sergio Chuc will lead his team against Mayor Earl Trapp and his squad. The FFB team will feature players like Luis Peña, Ray Davis, Cruz Gamez, Philip Marin, Winston Martinez and Peter Jones while the SISE Town Council will include Do Gentle, Lyn Valentine, Julian Maldonado, and Joseph Trapp.

Should be a fun night but some of the principals may need to visit physiotherapists after tonight.
