Three Miss Earth Queens visiting Belize’s rainforests, cayes

By Rubén Morales Iglesias: As Belize’s tourism industry gains traction following the shutdown caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, quite a number of celebrities have been visiting over the last few months. This weekend Belize will be visited by the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, but they are not the only celebrities that are making their way to The Jewel.

Belize’s Ambassador for Sustainable Tourism, Miss Earth 2021 Destiny Evelyn Wagner, on Wednesday, welcomed three Miss Earth queens, according to the Belize Tourism Board (BTB).

“Reigning and former Ms. Earth queens to Belize. Ms. Earth Air 2021 (USA), Ms. Earth 2020 (USA), and Ms. Earth 2015 (Phillipines) will be immersed in Belize’s adventure and culture as they zip line over our rainforests and enjoy a visit to our sun-kissed cayes,” said the BTB in a social media post.

“Thank you for choosing Belize, the perfect place to Grab Life!”

The Miss Earth organization also posted on social media saying Destiny Wagner welcomed her Earth sisters Marisa Butler (Miss Earth Air 2021), Lindsey Coffey (Miss Earth 2020), and Angelia Ong (Miss Earth 2015), echoing the post by the BTB.
