Altitude take the field against Caesar Ridge on Saturday night in Independence village

National FFB Top League sub-champions Altitude want the second spot in the championship back. Though they can’t do anything about the San Pedro Pirates’ performance against Wagiya on Saturday, they must defeat Caesar Ridge at the Michael Ashcroft Stadium in Independence tonight if they want to keep on track.

Sporting ten points from six matches, Altitude is three points shy of the Pirates’ 13.

At three wins, a draw, and two losses, Altitude can no longer afford any more drops in points. So, they’ve got to come out pounding from the get-go.

Caesar Ridge is still looking for their first point in the championship. This weekend would be a good time to do so but playing at the Michael Ashcroft in Independence is never an easy task.

Makes for a good game though and the fans who will be there will surely enjoy it.

Though the COVID-19 protocols have gotten lighter since the championship, the FFB is ensuring fans follow them. Masks are now not necessary, says the FFB but it still advises fans to protect themselves, the players, and officials.
