Two fully vaccinated persons among COVID-19 hospital cases

By Aaron Humes: The Ministry of Health and Wellness records three persons hospitalized for treatment of COVID-19.

Of the three patients, none of whom are in intensive care, two are fully vaccinated and another is of uncertain status.

The number of persons hospitalized has declined substantially over the past few weeks from the height of the fourth or ‘Omicron’ wave of the virus when as many as 40 to 50 persons were in hospital and more than a dozen in intensive care.
