By BBN Staff: A Hattieville man is facing several criminal charges after a shooting in the village on Sunday night that left a woman injured and caused damages to her home.
Police have arrested and charged 40-year-old Jareth Tablada for one count of Use of Deadly Means of Harm, one count of Damage to Property, and three counts of Aggravated Assault.
Janet Arnold, 42, reported to police that at 10:45 p.m. on Sunday, she heard gunshots and took cover on the floor in her home.
There were more shots fired shortly after, which resulted in a bullet hitting her in the left calf, and three bullets hitting her flat-screen television.
