Nine new cases of COVID-19 countrywide

By Aaron Humes: New cases of COVID-19 across Belize today number just nine according to the Ministry of Health and Wellness.

With another 18 persons confirmed recovered, the number of active cases is down to 276 with 45 samples under investigation.

Only one person remains hospitalized with the virus and no new deaths were reported.
Over 98 percent of Belizeans have recovered from the virus, which has now afflicted more than 57 thousand Belizeans since its arrival here two years ago yesterday.
