Belize Weather: Fair and mild start to weekend

Fair and mild weather will prevail per the National Meteorological Service.

Skies today will be variably cloudy with little to no rainfall.

High temperatures are 84 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast; 90 degrees in the interior; and 75 degrees in the hills. Low temperatures tonight range from 72 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast to 66 degrees inland and 60 degrees in the hills.

Winds are northerly to northeasterly at 10 to 20 knots and sea state is moderate with waves of four to six feet.

Tides will be low at 10:15 this morning and high at 4:52 this afternoon. Sunset is at 6:04 this evening and sunrise on Sunday is at 5:52 a.m.

Sunday brings partly cloudy skies with isolated showers at first, then a few more late Sunday night over southern areas and offshore.
