Altitude-San Pedro Pirates: the fight for second place in the FFB Top League is on Saturday

Altitude is fighting the San Pedro Pirates for second place in the FFB’s Top League on Saturday at the Michael Ashcroft Stadium in Independence.

The visitors are currently sitting in second place with 14 points while Altitude lags in third place with 11 points. A victory ties Altitude with the Pirates at 14 points; the second spot would then be determined based on goal differential.

San Pedro, on the other hand, wants to secure the second spot. A win practically gives them the second spot as they would be six points ahead with two games left. A draw is not bad as it keeps them three points ahead, but that’s not what they are looking for, so expect the islanders to push the game to the max.

The match starts at 7:00 pm.

To attract fans to the game, Altitude are offering $500 in prizes plus two cases of beer. Additionally, the Independence team said they have a surprise for fans in the 2022 fan shirt.
