Deon Sutherland reelected president of Belize Athletics Association for 4 more years

Deon Sutherland is to continue running the affair of the Belize Athletics Association (BAA) for the next four years after being reelected president in elections held on Saturday, April 2, 2022, at Edward P Yorke High School in Belize City.

Sutherland won the elections on an 18-13 vote over challenger Cojac Smith.

The other members of the new BAA Executive Committee are:

1st Vice President – Jaheed Smith

2nd Vice President – Tricia Flores

General Secretary – Harry Pilgrim

Assistant Secretary – Tiffara Jones

Treasurer – Orville Melendrez

Public Relations Officer – Ashantie Carr

Committee Members – Andrew Pilgrim, Shelmadine Carr, Alvin Tillett.
