The Belize Women’s National Team’s (BWNT) will be quite busy over the next few days with two Women’s World Cup Qualifiers against Aruba and Barbados.
The BWNT will take on the visiting Aruba National Team at the FFB Stadium in Belmopan at 4:00 pm on Wednesday, April 6.
The BWNT will then travel to Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, to play against Barbados on Tuesday, April 12.
The BWNT went into camp on Thursday, March 31, in preparation for their two matches in the Concacaf Women’s World Cup Qualifiers.
The Belize Women’s National Team lost the first two matches in the World Cup Qualifiers 0-6 to El Salvador and 0-8 to Panama. That put them out of contention to qualify to the next round, but the team has been focused on closing the qualifiers with better performances against the Caribbean sides.
