Belize Weather: Untroubled skies to start the week

Seasonally warm and dry weather prevails according to the National Meteorological Service.

Skies today will be mostly sunny and tonight clear to partly cloudy, with little or no rain expected.

High temperatures along the coast will peak at 87 degrees Fahrenheit; inland at 94 degrees and in the hills 82 degrees. Tonight’s low temperatures are 80 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast; 74 degrees inland and 66 degrees in the hills.

Winds are easterly to southeasterly at 10 to 20 knots and sea state is choppy with waves of three to five feet.

Tides are high at 11:25 this morning and low at 6:47 this evening. Sunset occurs at 6:06 this evening and the sun will rise on Tuesday morning at 5:44

Mainly fair and warm weather continues through Tuesday.
