Fair, (especially) warm and dry weather continues per the National Meteorological Service.
Skies will be sunny today and partly cloudy tonight with little or no rainfall expected.
High temperatures hit 88 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast; 97 degrees in the interior and 85 degrees in the hills. Tonight’s low temperatures are 81 degrees along the coast, 75 degrees inland and 66 degrees in the hills. A heat advisory is in effect; residents and especially those in the interior are advised to avoid the sun as much as possible and stay hydrated.
Winds are easterly to southeasterly at 10 to 20 knots. Sea conditions are moderate with waves of four to six feet.
A high tide occurs at 11:57 this morning, followed by a low tide at 7:33 this evening. Sunset is at six minutes past six this evening and the sun will rise on Wednesday morning at 5:44.
Similar weather conditions are expected on Wednesday.
