India announces new High Commissioner to Belize

By Rubén Morales Iglesias: The Ministry of External Affairs on Tuesday announced Pankaj Sharma as India’s new High Commissioner to Belize, according to India News.

“Shri Pankaj Sharma (IFS 1991), presently Ambassador of India to Mexico, has been concurrently accredited as the next High Commissioner of India to Belize, with residence in Mexico City,” said the India Ministry of External Affairs.

Prior to his assignment as the Ambassador of India to Mexico in December last year, Sharma served as India’s Permanent Representative to the UN Conference on Disarmament in Geneva, Switzerland.
