Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital rolls back restrictions on visiting hours

By Benjamin Flowers: The Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital (KHMH) has rolled back some restrictions placed on visiting hours for patients that were implemented during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The KHMH Authority announced today that, as of Wednesday, April 6, 2022, visiting hours will be reinstated from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

“Kindly note that only one (1) visitor is allowed per patient at a time during visiting hours,” the KHMHA said.

However, there are some COVID-19 protocols that remain in place at the KHMH. The hospital authority reminded that all visitors must wear a face mask (covering the mouth and nose) at all times while on the hospital premises. Visitors must also sanitize their hands before entering the hospital and practice social distancing while inside.
