By Rubén Morales Iglesias: Benque Viejo del Carmen’s Z Boys and Succotz United tied 2-2 in the opening match of the first ever Benque Viejo del Carmen 1st Division Championship at the Edmund Marshalleck in Benque Viejo del Carmen on Sunday.
Jayden Lennon, Nahjib Guerra scored for the Z Boys while Francis Jimenez nailed both of Succotz United’s goals.
In the second game, Santa Cruz drubbed Youths United 4-1 in the first-ever Benque Viejo del Carmen Ist Division Championship at the Edmund Marshalleck.
Darren Mis and Allan Quinorez scored a brace each for San Cruz while Victor Miranda converted Youths United’s only goal.
Benque Viejo Verdes Jrs did not see action this past weekend.
The championship, which features five teams, is organized by the Benque Viejo del Carmen Football Committee.
