A weak cold front will cross Belize tonight according to the National Meteorological Service, bringing some showers to most areas starting this afternoon.
Skies today will be sunny with cloudy spells and isolated showers this morning. This afternoon, a few showers or thunderstorms will affect inland and northern areas. Tonight, skies will be cloudy with a few showers and isolated thunderstorms, mainly over central and northern districts.
High temperatures peak at 86 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast; 91 degrees in inland areas and 78 degrees in the hills. Low temperatures tonight are 74 degrees along the coast, 70 degrees inland and 64 degrees in the hills.
Winds are northeasterly at five to 15 knots. Sea state is choppy with waves of three to five feet.
Tides will be low at 7:48 this morning and 10:47 this evening and high at 2:14 this afternoon. Sunset is at 6:07 this evening and sunrise on Saturday at 5:41 in the morning.
For Saturday expect cloudy spells with a few showers or periods of light rain, mainly over southern districts, decreasing to isolated showers mainly over the south on Saturday night.
