BREAKING: Man shot and killed in Mahogany Heights

By BBN Staff: Breaking Belize News (BBN) has confirmed that a man was shot and killed earlier tonight in Mahogany Heights, Belize District.

According to reports, the incident occurred around 8:00 pm on Friday night. Police responded to the reports, canvassed the crime scene and transported the body of the victim to the morgue. Details are sketchy at this time as police investigate this latest murder.

BBN is aware of the identity of the victim but his name is being withheld until family members have been adequately informed.
