Body found in Belmopan identified as that of missing man

By BBN Staff: Police have identified the body found in Belmopan this morning as that of Daniel Guttierez, who was reported missing last week.

The body was found sometime between last night and this morning, in a shallow grave behind the Isidoro Beaton Football Stadium.

Reports are that the body was already decomposing when it was found.

Gutierrez was last seen on Tuesday, April 5 and officially reported missing Thursday, April 7.

Police are investigating.
