By BBN Staff: Edison “Vintage” Usher, the second victim in a tragic motorcycle accident this morning, has died.
Usher was initially listed as critical, after the motorcycle he was on exploded, killing the passenger, Kadeem Banks, on the spot.
Usher was taken for emergency medical treatment and was listed as critical until a few moments ago when he died of his injuries.
The duo was out to get coverage of the 31st Annual Women’s Cross Country Classic. Usher had been very involved with cycling in Belize, organizing races for the Cycling Federation of Belize, and had recently begun live-streaming races.
Following the accident, the Cycling Federation announced that there will be no live streaming of the remainder of the race.
