Belize Weather: Fair weather to start the week

Fair weather prevails according to the National Meteorological Service.

Skies today will be sunny with cloudy spells and partly cloudy tonight with isolated showers, mainly in the south.

High temperatures today peak at 86 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, 91 degrees inland and 76 degrees in the hills. Tonight’s low temperatures are 78 degrees along the coast, 72 degrees inland and 65 degrees in the hills.

Winds are easterly at 10 to 20 knots and sea state is choppy with waves of three to five feet.

Tides will be low at 12:08 this afternoon and high at 6:10 this evening. Sunset occurs at 6:08 this evening and sunrise on Tuesday morning at 5:39.

Similar weather conditions are expected to prevail on Tuesday.
