By BBN Staff: A 33-year-old man from Lord’s Bank is out on bail following a charge of burglary.

Rufino Hernandez was arraigned in the Belize City Magistrate’s Court yesterday and charged with breaking into the victim’s home in the same village and stealing a kitchen sink, bowl, washbasin, and a door to a total value of $750.

In court, he pleaded not guilty and was offered bail in the sum of $4000, with either one surety of the same or two sureties of $2,000 each. The incident is believed to have taken place sometime either on April 3-4.
