Police apprehend vehicle thieves following high-speed chase

By BBN Staff: Police have apprehended three men responsible for a vehicle theft that occurred earlier this morning.

The owner of the dark blue Toyota Corolla reported to police that the thieves stole the vehicle from his home in Tea Kettle Village around 8:15 a.m.

Police responded quickly and ended up in a high-speed chase, losing the vehicle momentarily in Belmopan.

However, we have confirmed that the vehicle was recovered moments ago and the culprits are now in police custody.
