Belize Weather: Good weather for Good Friday

The run of seasonably warm and dry weather continues according to the National Meteorological Service.

Skies today will be mostly sunny and tonight partly cloudy to clear with little to no rainfall in the forecast.

High temperatures will reach 88 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, 95 degrees in inland areas and 75 degrees in the hills. Tonight’s low temperatures are 81 degrees along the coast, 74 degrees in inland areas and 66 degrees in the hills.

Winds are easterly to southeasterly at 10 to 20 knots and sea state is choppy to moderate, with waves of three to six feet.

Tides will be high at a minute to nine this morning and 20 minutes to ten this evening and low at half-past three this afternoon. The sun sets at 6:09 this evening and rises on Holy Saturday at 5:36 in the morning.

Weather conditions for Holy Saturday and the Cross Country Cycling Classic are projected to be good and similar to today.
