Cyclists to undergo antidoping tests after Holy Saturday Cross Country Cycling Classic

By Rubén Morales Iglesias: As is customary, the Cycling Federation of Belize (CFB) will conduct anti-doping tests after the 92nd Men’s Holy Saturday Cross Country Cycling Classic.

The CFB said the National Anti-Doping Organization’s (NADO) “anti-doping regulations are entirely applicable to the event” and “the Anti-doping tests will take place at the NADO Headquarters at the Marion Jones Stadium, Princess Margaret Drive, Belize City.

The Anti-Doping Panel will inform the teams of persons to be tested.

The riders who are tested are allowed one representative to accompany them to the specimen booth.

The CFB said all riders who get summoned to be tested must present themselves at the specimen booth thirty minutes after the completion of the event. Failure to comply will result in a NON-NEGATIVE test.
