By Aaron Humes: A clean sprint brought pro cyclist from Anguilla, Hassani Hennis, to the tape as the 92nd Holy Saturday Cross Country Cycling Classic champion.
Hennis lay waited for veteran American John DeLong, who paced most of the way into the City and bid to become the oldest cyclist ever to win.
In third was Byron Pope and fourth Marlon Castillo, who were not able to make the final break initiated by Hennis and DeLong.
Defending champion Julio Padilla Miranda was fifth, Oscar Quito sixth, and Giovanni Lovell seventh as the remaining places are decided.
Congratulations to all participants!
