Two trucks collide near Mile 41 on George Price Highway

By Aaron Humes: There was a traffic mishap at Mile 41 on the George Price Highway this morning in which two heavy trucks collided.

The accident caused a diversion for approaching vehicles but persons in the area were seen attempting to clear the roadway for approaching cyclists participating in the Holy Saturday Cross Country Cycling Classic. The race appears not to have been disrupted.

The extent of injuries and cause of the crash is unknown at this time and approaching motorists are urged to be cautious.
