Prime Minister John Briceño is in Barbados for meetings with United States officials as CARICOM Chair

By Rubén Morales Iglesias: Belize’s Prime Minister John Briceño, in his capacity as CARICOM Chair, on Easter Monday, traveled to Barbados where he will have meetings with United States officials.

The meetings are expected to start on Wednesday, April 20, 2022, said the Government of Belize Press Office.

The Prime Minister should return to Belize on Friday, April 22, 2022.

During his absence, Cordel Hyde, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Natural Resources, Petroleum and Mining will act as Prime Minister.
