BREAKING: Shots reported fired on Plues Street; as many as four persons injured

By Aaron Humes: The peace of the night near East Canal and Plues Street was broken by gunfire this evening.

Preliminary reports say that as many as 12 expended shells were found on Plues Street around 7:30 after a barrage of gunfire.

As many as four people, three men and a woman, are confirmed injured and in hospital.

We continue to await developments.
