COVID report: Active case load ticks up again

By Aaron Humes: Nine new cases of COVID-19 were reported countrywide today against four new recoveries, lifting the overall active caseload to 115 with 18 samples under investigation.

Four persons are hospitalized with the virus, one of whom is in intensive care. No new deaths have been reported.

Four of today’s new cases were from Belize City; the others were from Corozal Town, San Roman, Corozal District; San Ignacio Town and Georgeville, Cayo District and Placencia, Stann Creek District.
