Central Health Region holds vaccination campaign for babies and children in Ladyville on Saturday, April 23

As part of Vaccination Week in the Americas, the Central Health Region (CHR) is conducting a vaccination campaign for babies and children at the Ladyville Community Center on Saturday, April 23.

The vaccination campaign which runs from 9:00 am until 2:00 pm is providing different vaccines for babies and children plus COVID-19 vaccines for persons 12 years and older.

For babies, the CHR is providing IPV (Pentavalent) for children at 2, 4, and 6 months and the MMR for children 1 year and 1 year 6 months old.

Children who are four and five years of age can get the oral polio vaccine (OPV) and diphtheria-tetanus-pertussis (DPT) vaccine boosters as well.
