Woman alleges ex-partner threatened her with firearm; told her to ‘shut up’

By Aaron Humes: Police are searching for one Carlos Chi, 22, of Fabers’ Road Extension, Belize City, after he allegedly threatened the mother of his child with a firearm early on Sunday morning.

According to the complainant, she was on her way home with a friend around 4:00 a.m. when she noticed a vehicle apparently following theirs. Not far from her residence, the vehicle passed by and parked in the middle of the street.

The complainant recognized Chi, who stepped out of his vehicle and approached hers while carrying a suspected handgun. He then pointed the weapon at her and allegedly told her to “shut up” – about what, it was not stated. He then drove off.
