Another alleged member of the Supal Street Gang arrested

By BBN Staff: Police have arrested and charged a Mahogany Heights resident for gang affiliation, as its crackdown on gang activity in the city continues.

Thirty-three-year-old Urvin Fitzgibbon was formally charged today for “being a member of a gang,” which is an offense under the Crime Control and Criminal Justice Act.

It is alleged that Fitzgibbon is a member of the Supal Street Bloods/ 4th Genna Gang.

Upon arraignment, Fitzgibbon will face mandatory remand at the Belize Central Prison and will need to apply for bail through the Supreme Court.

Police made five arrests for gang affiliation last week, with four of the men arrested for purportedly being members of the Supal Street Bloods/ 4th Genna Gang.

Notably, two of the men remanded to prison from those arrests had the surname Fitzgibbon.
